Our field trip is scheduled for March 5^th, 2015.  We will be taking a charter bus to the Museum of Life and Science in Durham, NC.  We ask all students to be at school by 8am on Thursday, so that they have time to check in and eat breakfast (if they ordered it).  We will leave school promptly at 8:30am.  We have a strict schedule and will not be able to wait for students who do not arrive at school on time.  Please note that this is prior to school beginning and you will need to arrange transportation to school that morning.  We will return to school by 3pm Thursday afternoon and students will be able to return home using their normal method of transportation. 

Students who did not preorder lunch will need to bring their own lunch from home. Please send lunch in a Ziploc bag (with name written on it) that can be sealed and put in a cooler on ice once students arrive at school.  Chaperones will need to provide their own transportation to and from the school.  If you will be chaperoning, you may check your student out when we return to school.  We are asking that you not send additional money with students for trips to the gift shop or “extras” while at the museum.
